| Introduction | HANURI Corp. is a manufacturer specializing in manipulators. It provides production efficiency with customized semi-automated facilities for industrial sites. It provides a solution to prevent workers’ musculoskeletal injuries and reduce work cycle time at a lower cost than general industrial robots. A manipulator is a device that transports and loads logistics (or heavy objects) based on a pneumatic system. The engineering mechanism enables handling of the product with one-tenth of the force. It is operated only with pneumatics and can be selectively controlled without separate programming. Applicable areas of use include assembly lines, processing lines, packaging lines, palletizing, food, and military factories in industrial sites. Customers have no need for any accompanying utilities like programming and electricity, so it can be introduced quickly into the field. It works by supplying only the pneumatic pressure of a general air compressor. Technical specifications allow customization to suit customers’ needs (payload: ~ 1ton, working radius & stroke). |
